Boost Your Productivity With These Accessories.
– by Matthew Daley

So, first things first…. invest in a keyboard!
Gaining 50% more screen realestate is no joke by productivity standards. Simply put, by not having a virtual keyboard taking up half the screen, means you can have twice the information in front of you. In some cases this can translate to twice the amount of work which can be completed in a given time or twice the speed at which work can be finished.
If you are considering a keyboard, you need to ask yourself these questions;
1.) Are you sitting at a desk all day? – if yes, portability is not your main concern and then the world of possibilities really does open up because weight & size are not really a strong factor for you, sky’s the limit really!
You then can even look at tradition full size mechanical keyboards for that “click-click” feel. Of course full size Bluetooth keyboards like the magic keyboard are available too and really do feel great.
2.) Secondly, do you need to be more portable and be able to work on the go, say at an airport, coffee shop, or perhaps your time is just divided between your office and your customers? If yes, then weight and size must be considered because you will go nuts carrying around something too bulky and heavy. You may as well carry a watermelon under your arm, well not quite but you know what I mean. But seriously, there are some horribly heavy keyboard options out there!
In Conclusion:
I have found the Apple Smart Keyboard to be the best solution for well actually, both!
It is by far the lightest and slimmest Keyboard design I have experienced. But I also find the typing feel (Keyboard clicks & travel), to be more comfortable than even its Macbook counterparts.
The Keyboard, never needs to be charged thanks to the Apple Smart connector which is a major plus. It magnetically snaps into place and delivers; power, data & a magnetic hold to your iPad.
Some people say you can’t type with it on your lap on the couch… well it works fine for me. It also offers a video viewing angle which can be handy when showing a client a product demo or video of sorts, or when you just simply have less space available to place the iPad.
The Smart keyboard at first takes a little time to get used to, but in no time at all you’ll feel right at home. Oh and I forgot to mention its fabric design is water and stain resistant, that means no dust and dirt can affect the keys 😉.
